What ratings can PowerMec build?
HT switchgear up to 12 kV and 630 to 1250 A, LT switchgear for 415 V 3-phase systems, distribution transformers from 100 kVA upwards, HT metering panels for 11 kV supply and generator systems from 10 to 1000 kVA.
Can I choose the component brands?
Yes. Our standard PFI panels use Epcos capacitors, Hyundai contactors and Mikro controllers, and HT components come from the USA, Germany, France, Italy, the UK or Japan. We fit the brands you prefer.
How fast do you respond to a breakdown?
Our service team handles emergencies 24 hours a day. Normal service calls are answered within 12 to 24 hours.
Do you service equipment after installation?
Yes. Warranty service is provided on call, and after the warranty we continue at a normal service fee. Annual maintenance contracts cover scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, health checks and troubleshooting.
